Guernsey: Wednesday 19th March 7:30pm, Les Cotils
Jersey: Thursday 20th March 5:30pm, Jersey Museum (Ouless Room)
Infrastructure is a key lever for human development and well-being. With climate change and the world falling behind on SDG’s there is a need for the engineering community to co-create climate resilient infrastructure. Prof Parikh’s talk will set out entry points and links between infrastructure, climate and sustainability in the international context showcasing research and projects in South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
For Jersey lectures, we have started a new way of presenting and this will be at the Ouless Room at the Jersey Museum. The doors will open at 5:00pm for a 5:30pm start, with complimentary tea and coffee on arrival. We have limited capacity so if you wish to attend the lecture free bookings can be made via Eventbrite (coming soon).
